The fastest way to reach us is via Telegram. Write to us directly and a team member will respond shortly. You can send us text, audio or screenshots if you need to show a problem.
Write on Telegram→If you prefer email or your query requires personalized attention, write to us with a detailed description of the problem. Include your phone number associated with Memoriia so we can identify your account quickly.
Send an email→The support team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (UTC-3). Messages received outside these hours will be answered at the start of the next business day. For service-related emergencies, Memoriia's automatic escalation system remains operational 24 hours.
First check that the number you registered is correct and that WhatsApp is active on it. If the number is correct, make sure you haven't blocked the Memoriia contact. If the problem continues, write to us with your number and we'll look into it within 24 hours.
It's usually the time zone. Memoriia takes it from your phone number's country. If you're in another country or time zone, write to us and we'll look into it.
Write to us at contact@memoriia.io with your previous number and the new number you want to migrate the account to. We process the change within 24 business hours without data loss.
Write to us on Telegram or at contact@memoriia.io and we'll cancel it, with no forms or calls. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Write to us at contact@memoriia.io and we'll delete all your data, permanently, within 30 days, as stated in our Privacy Policy.
Check that the watch has the SIM inserted, with data and SMS, and that it's turned on. Then enter the SIM number and IMEI again from «Connect watch» in the WhatsApp menu. If the problem continues, write to us with the watch model and we'll help you.
